Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Harbor Light Glass. We take pride in handcrafting and safely delivering every piece of our art glass lighting. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will ship.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Fee

Shipping charges, including any applicable taxes, insurance, and handling fees, will be calculated in the cart before you check out.

Processing Time

Each piece is made with care. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and preparation before your order ships. 

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, USPS delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location. You will be provided a rough estimate in your checkout process.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the Continental United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number so you can monitor its progress and estimated delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your product's packaging appears damaged upon arrival, please take pictures of the damage before opening. If you receive a damaged or defective item or it does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll assist you promptly.
